Welcome to Construction Store (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated under Construction Store.
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Construction Store operates as a hybrid online marketplace. This means that:
Construction Store is a technology and commerce platform only. It does not provide construction services, installation services, contracting work, or professional advice, and does not act as an agent, partner, or representative of any Vendor.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the Platform.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Construction Store is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account details.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
Construction Store reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform where misuse, risk, or policy violations are identified.
Product listings may include goods sold directly by Construction Store as well as goods listed by Vendors. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may change without notice.
Construction Store does not guarantee that listings are error-free and reserves the right to correct inaccuracies or remove listings at any time.
Vendors are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the products they list, including product accuracy, legality, compliance, pricing, inventory, warranties, and fulfillment.
Vendors set their own prices. Construction Store does not control or influence Vendor pricing decisions.
Construction Store reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove Vendors or their listings at its discretion, including without prior notice, where policy violations, legal risk, or operational concerns arise.
Vendors are not permitted to receive payments directly from buyers. Where applicable, Vendors may request Construction Store to collect payments on their behalf.
Platform fees, commissions, and charges are determined by Construction Store and may vary based on subscription plans, product categories, or other operational factors. Fees may be updated from time to time without amending these Terms.
Vendor payouts are subject to internal review, compliance checks, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and risk management processes. Construction Store may delay or withhold payouts where reasonably necessary.
Vendors are primarily responsible for order fulfillment and refund handling for their products. Construction Store may facilitate communication between buyers and Vendors but does not guarantee resolution outcomes and is not obligated to intervene.
All Platform software, branding, design, and content belong to Construction Store or its licensors. Vendors grant Construction Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute Vendor content for Platform operations.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of Platform content is prohibited.
Users and Vendors must not engage in activities that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful to the Platform, its users, or its reputation. Construction Store reserves the right to take appropriate action where prohibited conduct is identified.
The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Construction Store disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Construction Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Any liability shall be limited to the fees paid to Construction Store in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Construction Store from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your products or content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Construction Store may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Construction Store may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, where permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
