Cancellation Policy for Building Material Orders

Cancellation Policy
At Construction Marketplace, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair while ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Return Policy instead.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation

  3. Our team will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation and guide you accordingly


3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, including:

  • Custom or special-order products (e.g., cut-to-size materials, made-to-order items)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped


4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved and the payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • If your order included shipping charges and it has not yet been shipped, the full amount including shipping will be refunded


5. Construction Marketplace Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect product pricing or listing errors

  • Product unavailability or stock issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
